Hello doctor. My husband is 28 years. He had some weakness problems with the facial nerves pain some 6 years back. Right side of his face was affected then. After treatments and exercises it became normal. But now since a month his eyes and parts of his face on the right side are twitching all day. We are very worried if Bell's palsy would reoccur again. Kindly advise on this and tell us why this twitching is because of. Please suggest any medications for it. Thanks in advance. Have a great day.

He may have hemifacial spasm. This is when one artery in the brain touches the facial nerve. That is why there is twitching. Please do an MRI of the brain with special DRIVE sequences and revert back to me.
