Hi good morning, I really need help badly I don't know wat is wrong with me I actually work in a dermatology clinic wer we do laser hair reduction and many other procedures wer we have to be in the a/c for long time n for me from past 15 days I feel my front portion of the head aches when I feel a little cold also or my head becomes heavy and my eyes also pain till I reach home n lie down its hurts very badly n while doing the procedures in a/c or while using a steamer my thumb fingers go numb for some half an hour or so n my sleeping also I have problem I sleep at 10: 30 n wake up by 7 even then I feel my sleep is not enough n I feel a little tired n my weight is also increasing as I have my food now after sometime I feel my tummy is empty as if I've not had anything n I feel lazy to do any work just feel like going n sleeping please help me plz.
