Hi, In the recent report of hb1ac, my report state the same as 9.4% and average blood sugar is 232. I am taking volicurae trio 2 one and half before lunch and one tab before dinner, doing regular exercises and walking and in food one roti and subji and dal chaval only one kaatori. However it shows poor control. Let me know the medicine and doses that I am taking is correct or needs be changed. Also my triglycerides is 220. I am taking medicine mector f half in the morning. How to reduce the same.

Everything depends upon your sugar control. If your levels are under control then you need to continue the same. If they are over controlled, then medications can be reduced. If they are under controlled, then the dose may be increased.
