I my sex drive has decreased to almost nil. Having no erection and morning erection is not there since 3 days. When I used to get erection it was very weak. I'm having fatty liver as diagnosed my doctor. I'm feeling weak, upper right lid of eye is moving on its own since many day, hand and feet get tingling feeling and numbness and 10% of my finger nail has changed color. Previously I had water dabbing feeling from penis which smelled like urine and semen due to over masturbation. Will get my erection back? I'm worried.
