Hi doc, I am facing shortness of breath sometimes especially when I walk on stairs ,2 months back I had got my pft done which was normal. What could be the reason behind that please suggest my weight is normal -70 ,5.9' age 24.

Hello. It appears your body mass index is okay if you are 70 kg and at 5 feet 9 inches of height. It is possible that your breathlessness is related to your overall fitness. It is quite common to feel breathless if you are walking up stairs as the effort needed to do it is a lot more than if you were walking on a flat surface. Please talk to your doctor about getting a chest xray and maybe starting some form of exercise, if you are not already doing so. Any form of aerobic exercise will build up the fitness of your lungs and heart quickly.
