You have periodontal infection because of deposition of plaque or tarter deposition deep between gum and teeth. You need oral prophylaxis with deep scaling and root planning. Take celin tabs once daily for 15 days. Consult a periodontist for deep scaling and some antibiotics. Brush regularly two times daily. Rinse your mouth with chlorhexidine mouthwash.
