I'm 28 having this problem from 1 month. I'm having fatty liver and I used to masturbate a lot which caused sensation of water dribbling from penis. Now there is no such problem with my body but some weakness is there. And I'm having weak erection to no erection, left testicular pain when ever I'm trying to get an erection, I don't know for sure but my left testicle seems small recently. I feel like when ever I masturbate my penis pukes sperm. And smell of urine come out for 2 hrs if or so I need to lie down and drink allot of water for it go. Morning erection are on and off sometimes strong and sometimes weak. Im drinking allot of water. Is this due to liver issue? Or any other problem is there and what should I do?
