I am 48 years old and having skin problem (Red dots) since last 4 months. Using fourderm since last 4 months on doctors advice. But no cure. It ok when applied cream but reoccurs. Skin of affected area blackening. Affected part is lower stomach, thighs and buttock. Please advise.
