Please suggest. If 1 year crown comes off do we need again structuring process on gum and teeth.

No .if the tooth structure is there .you can just cement it back. From your dentist .if crown is not spoilt and neither the structure on which the crown is placed.
Hi. You can get it recemented from dentist without preparation. But if no retention then a new one with new preparation required.
There are generally 2 reasons of a crown to come out 1 - Cement wear off 2 - Broken tooth structure on which crown was fixed In case 2 you will need build up of the whole structure and a new crown however in case 1 its only a recementing job.
