I am 25 year old and I am having fisher inside my anus. I never had such problems before, but since August, I am having some problems. In the month of August, I had severe pain while in toilet, and we thought to show to an ayurvedic doctor. He told us that I am having fisher, and gave few medicines, which made my toilet very loose, and I did not had any pain further. Then afterwards I started taking trifla tablets on regular basis, 2 after lunch and 2 after dinner, and ate one apple in morning. In month of September I had an abscess between penis and anus, which had over 4-5 seeds inside it. I consulted a doctor and I was under his treatment for next 5 days, and gave injections also on each day. Then till January, all was smooth. But there was some pain of fisher or a day or 2 in a month, which was bearable pain. Once again on 8th January I again had abscess on left knee, which I went on treatment on 12th January. Doctor made slight cut and removed pus and seed and it took approximately 15 days to heal. It is healed nearly till today, take 2-3 days more to be perfectly fit. Currently once again I am having fisher pain during toilet since 4 days, and it is extremely unbearable. I have stopped taking trifla and apple since 12th January. Yesterday I visited piles specialist doctor, and he said that operation is required, as the passage is very narrow to let the toilet move out. He said surgery is required and in surgery, he will increase the passage area by cutting the anus lining. Shall I go for surgery?
