I am having PCOS and thick endometrium but i am trying to conceive. Please help.

Dear lybrate-user, If you want to conceive, then you wil require ovulation induction and monitoring the size of egg. Although optimum endometrial thickness reported in literature for conception is 8-11 mm but pregnancies do occur even with 16-17 mm endometrial thickness. Hence you should keep on trying but should get endometrial biopsy done once to rule out any other problem. Hope this helps.
