Hi, I'm suffering from left testis pain and my left testis is moving towards inside. Where as right testis is in testis sac. I feel like I have only one testis. Earlier test reports I had both and normal in condition. But my doubt is right testis stays in testis sac whereas left is shrinking and moving inside leaving the testis sac with liquid or fluid. When I touch with my hand I feel immediately about right testis. For left testis I have to search which is inside and I feel sudden pain in left testis. My erection is good ejaculation is good. Only issue is pain and testis moving inside.
