After getting out of bed in the morning, everyday I feel some pain on the back side of my waist. But after some hours this pain decreases. I want to know the reason behind it. Have I any serious problem regarding this. Please reply to me. Thank you.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.
