Hi I am having ibs and I am taking tablets. Last month I got month ulcer and doctor given me vitamin 10 tablets. After few weeks I got more tried, headache, feeling dizziness most of the time. I could not walk when I have dizziness. I did master check UP and found vitamin b12 and d3 is low. 170 and 12 respectively. I am taking vitamin injection every week. Suggest by doctor for 1 month and then monthly injection. It is better after that. But some times I use to get dizziness still. It is been 2 week I started vitamin injections. Initially I got 4 injection continuously. How long it take to recover this dizziness and all.
