Hi, I have been experiencing pain in the both upper jaws from last 4-5 days. The pain just vanishes whenever I eat something and just comes back on its own. I tried taking painkillers but they didn't helped either. My teeth are healthy and there's no sign of any cavity or anything. Please help.

You have either cervical abrasion or pulpitis or caries at CEJ at mesial or distal side which. You need Root canal treatment or extraction of your carious or infected tooth. You should consult to your dentist for clinical diagnosis & needful treatment.
