Hi Sir, I am 35 years old ,since one year I am suffering with anal fisher, and Gastric issues, using medicines for gastric and free motion syrups only, as per the Doctor advise, but i'm getting so much pain after motion only and normal time it is OK, please suggest is there operation required to me or is there any possibility without operation using medicine and diet food.

Yes if fissure in ano is not healed by medicines this has to be operated and LIS to be done, keep your stool soft by taking plenty of fluids orally and High fibre diet.
