Hello! We are trying to conceive for last few months but could not conceive. 5 months back our gynaecologist suggested me for semen analysis and the result is VOLUME -2 ML, COUNT 20 MILLION/ML motility 30% WITH PROGRESSIVE MOTILITY 20%, MORPHOLOGY NORMAL 60%.And given me Zoamates 7 mg sachet And this month she suggested for HSG for my wife and the result is THERE IS RESTRICTED SPILLAGE IN BOTH SIDES. Not getting what exactly is happening. Please Suggest us. What is the issue & what should be our next step for conceiving?

hi first your sperm count is on lower side, restricted spill could be cause for delayed conception, better to undergo laparocsopy done for confirmation.
