Hiii I am 30 years old female. I have past history related to laproscopic cholelithiyacis (2013). Presently I am suffered by gastritis problem and heavy constipation. Thyroid profile and other relevant examination were normal. I also consult to Gastroenterologist in Jodhpur but never have any relief. Presently I am taken following treatment:- Tab. Pantoprazole 40mg BD Liq. Laxative 4tsf HS. But nothing have relief. What can I do.

Take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night. Take chiyrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner. Take 5-7 munakkas with milk. Eat papaya in fruits. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Avoid alcohol consumption.
