I am a non vegetarian. I am active and walk at least for an hr four days a week. My job also call for me to be on the move. My HT is 5 ft 10" My weight is 107 kgs I want to reduce to at least 95 kgs. What should I do?

Eat right food. Stop all market based foods like bread, sandwiches, noodles, fried snacks, biscuits, chocolates, ice-creams, chips, soft drinks etc. Reduce energy dense foods that are made of wheat and rice. Instead eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and dry fruits.
