I am a 25 year old girl. I want to reduce my butt and thigh fat. Doing cardio workouts regularly but cannot see much change. Provide some suggestions or remedies for that. May be it is in heredity to me as my father was also having the same issue. Can it be reduced?
Heredity is just a risk factor, which needs right environment to flourish. If you do not provide that right environment, heredity factor will remain dormant. After all someone would have got those genes for the first time among ancestors. Every person has the power to change genetics with right lifestyle and food. Eat right food. Stop all market based foods like bread, sandwiches, noodles, fried snacks, biscuits, chocolates, ice-creams, chips, soft drinks etc. Reduce energy dense foods that are made of wheat and rice. Instead eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and dry fruits.
