Hello, sir I am masturbating since october when I was in 8th class everyday 2-3 and sometimes 4.I did this for almost 3 years till my 11th class october. I started going gym in august 21 and till 1 month I did masturbation. And after October I started to control and did masturbation for only 7-8 times in november and only 3 times in whole december. I took resolution not to do it ever again but on 2nd jan I faced nightfall this is the 3rd time I have faced when I started controlling earlier. I am having since 4 months.
