I have lots of tumours (may b tumour) like structure at the lower side of armpit and around the throat (hichki k niche). They are different size and shape But I have doubt because it can be dangerous 2 me 2 ignore them. Please help me out. I do not wanna any surgery etc Can it be cured by Exercise, medicine?Please suggest.
