Hello. I'm a 17 years old female. Recently over the past week I've noticed there is a loss in my appetite. I cannot explain it. I definitely do not have anorexia, as I do not forcibly stop eating to maintain my figure. My periods previously used to be irregular but now are more or less fine. I can't eat anything properly and it's affecting my health. I'm sleeping more than often nowadays. Please help. It's urgent.

You can start with healthy lifestyle changes, include seasonal vegetables and fruits in your diet pattern. start doing some walk and physical activity during the day. take regular meals at every 2 hourly regular sleep is also very mandatory. you can start with some pranayam and meditation as well do check your bodily parameters as well that will help you more to get rid of it, as with the help of that you will get to know what are the best resources for you as per your requirement
