If a person feels discomfort then the readings are high or low as per parameters. There are several incidence and pts who have 150/100 mm of hg and are perfectly well. BP varies from pts to pt but as a rule 130/90mm of hg is normal and at age 60 yrs 150/100 is quiet normal due to loss of elasticity of blood vessels. Apart from this constant fluctuation on BP is a serious issue kindly get echo/ecg diabetic profile and lipid profile done and consult back for proper guidance take care.
