I started going for job. Before that I used to maintain myself by exercises and yoga every morning. Now I do not have time for that. I get up early mrg at 5 go to classes and the office, come home at 7 pm and then I eat nd sleep. Because of this my whole digestive system got spoiled. Whatever I eat is not being digested for few hours. I don't even poop properly everyday. Due to this inappropriate my stomach got buffed out little. Its very upsetting me because I always wanted to maintain perfect body. Please suggest something to get back to my normal process. I also wanted to reduce my weight. Please help me for this too.

Have some fruits for breakfast and salad before lunch and dinner to have more fibres to help digestion. Drink warm water throughout the day.
