I am getting pimples, or small pimple kinds on my chin and right cheek I have dry to combination skin. I have never had pimples in my life I am 29 years old. Can someone please suggest some medicine for it as I am very conscious about my face. They aren't big pimples but small red buds and few have a bit of puss. They aren't going away I have tried to apply toothpaste on them. As I have never had pimple issues I don't know what to do I clean my face with a face wash. Use plum green tea mask as well. I exfoliate regularly. Please help.
