Hy ,I have just last bit of belly fat around my waistline and I have tried bt I can not get rid of this, infact my bmi is perfect ,my weight is 67.5 kg and height is 5.8 feet and age is 23, infact some days ago I bought carnisure plus (l carnitine) pills, it seems sometimes that it is working when I pinch fat but when I measure my waist, it remains on 35 .pls help me what can I do to get rid of this and pls tell me diet that can arrange in india ,i am from india, here I can not get much products or Vegetables and I am also veg. Pls consider it.
