Hello sir my father is having vomit prob due to indigestion. 30th oct he got vomit after it 12th nov again same so discussed with Dr. he asked for blood test & the bilirubin 1.6 directed and mat with jaundice. He given some medicine for 5 days & again increase for 10 days. After it yellowness increased so hi ask for blood test & sonography. As per test reports bilirubin was 9.8 & in sonography" the CBD is dilated upto 13 mm with mild bilateral IHBR dilatation. An echogenic lesion seen in distal CBD. Gall bladder is over distended with sludge within. Overall features favour CBD obstructive etiology-- Calculus Mass. After it gone to gastrologist he tried to do ERCP but not done due to obstruction. After he suggested MRCP & CECT. As per both reports 80-90% Dr. saying it might be pancreatic cancer. After it tried PTBD but its not possible due to a vein wasn't effloresce. Now Dr. suggesting major & high risk operation from lbs delhi. Sir if can clear obstruction without operation please suggest.

As per the information provided we should remove the obstruction as early as possible and that also it?s better to go for surgery and surgeon needs to be experienced and after surgery we can send the biopsy of pancreatic tissue to rule out any chance for cancer and remember treatment should be planned where BENEFITS OUTWEIGH THE RISKS and first priority should be to relieve your father from his ongoing symptoms.
