My friend wants to loss some weight, can anyone suggest the diet plan (pure veg not even egg. Is taking green tea is good enough, or Need to do something extra.

You need to reduce energy dense foods, which are mainly all packed foods like bread, butter, jam biscuits, salty snacks, chocolates, ice cream etc. And eat less of wheat & rice based foods. Eat more whole vegetables, fruits and nuts. Green tea alone is not good enough.
