I have this bump on the right side of my neck and it feels hard. I've had it for almost a 4 months and it hasn't changed size at all. When I first got it, it kind of felt like a zit but it hurt worse. It's painless and I even forget it's there until I rub my neck and feel it. I was wondering if this is just a bump or if it's something more serious? Please let me know what you think.

Yes you are right, you should take it seriously, a painless lump in neck is more serious than a painful one, immediately get an ultrasound neck and FNAC of the lump done, it will clear the diagnosis. Never ever ignore such lump. Good luck.
