My weak immune system makes me sick easily what can I do to improve my immune system? Please advise

Dear lybrateuser, - For a strong immune system you have to have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well & keep stress levels low - your diet should consist more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, milk & milk products, non veg( if you take), soya products, tofu, legumes , pulses, sprouts, seeds like flax, chia, pumpkin, nuts like almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, avoid junk foods - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper hydration - do regular exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, playing a game, yoga, deep breathing & meditation to boost your immunity & keep your body fit - to destress sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, read, listen to music, follow your hobby - a combination of all the factors mentioned leads to a strong immune system.
