Hello sir/mam my fiance had Scalp problem from last year and she had used some cream and lotion. Its a kind of pimple on her head and its itching, pain. Her skin is dry. She is a chef she had to wear a cap all time while she is in kitchen. Even olive oil is not working on her head. Please suggest something good for her. Thank you.

Hi lybrate-user, pimple occurs when dust, dirt and excess oil get clogged in hair follicle. Is any discharge comes from the pimple? She should drink 2 litres of water daily. Add fruits like pomegranate and gooseberry daily. You should wash your scalp after removing the cap daily. Should wash your hair after doing exercise and any sweating activities add tulsi, neem to the water used for bathing should keep clean your sleeping areas, change your pillow cover weekly avoid:- deep cleansers the wrong type of shampoo for your hair type, like oily shampoo on a dry scalp very hot water for cleansing frequently coloring or chemically treating your hair.
