I have a problem regarding the increasing weight. I have done all the exercises regarding for weight loss but there is no result.

Exercise is only 20%, 80% is food. Many a times we think that exercising is the license to eat whatever we want. Not true. 80% fitness depends on what you eat, which is most often neglect. If your weight is not coming down this is the indicator that their are certain things you are eating, that you should not be. Without stopping/controlling those, it is very difficult to lose weight.
