I am 24 year old girl I had a hypothyroid last six month and I am taking medicine but still not losing weight.

Weight gain is due to hypothyroidism, just by taking medicine, thyroid condition will only be suppressed, but increased weight is not going to go away, as the root cause of thyroid dysfunction is still there. Take iodine rich foods, it will help, and stop taking all packed market foods.
