I am 15 years old. And I have serious issue about my weight. I am 55 kg. By the last 2 months I have done so many diets for reducing my weight. But it has. No effect on me. Instead I gained weight. I want to loss weight at any cause doctor. But I do not like to do exercise. Is there any way to reduce weight without exercise.
