Avoid fruit juices since they provide high calories. 2: Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables for their fibre and vitamin contents. 3: Atleast 50gms of sprouted cereals per day. 4: Avoid excessive starchy food like rice and root vegetables. 5: Avoid hot, spicy food, aerated drinks, excessive hot beverages like coffee and tea, junk food, fatty food like butter, ghee, cheese, etc. And extremes of temperature i.e. Very hot or very cold food items or drinks.
