Sir ,i am almost 26 years old and I don't have fully grown beard on my face. Please suggest me something by which I can have fully grown beard. I am being teased by my friends and family. Please & please sir help me out.

Manage stress in healthy ways through meditation and yoga for better results. 5) Increase the amount of protein in your diet. The protein found in meat, fish, eggs and nuts will help the hair on your face grow quicker. 7) Refrain from shaping or trimming your hair very often. Groom it only after six weeks when it is full grown.
