If you are not doing exercise then start it, through doing cardio and tummy exercise you can regain your body shape. According to your height you are not over weight, so follow the normal diet with proper exercise. Start your exercise session with 20 min and day by day increase and reach up to one hour and maintain it. If there avoid regular use of alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items and sweets and pastries for a time period. Don't stick with a particular type food for a long time, that will make you insufficient in different nutrients. Include all different colored vegetables and fruits. Drink at least 3 liter of water in a day. For tummy you can include, crunches, Twist crunches, side crunch, lunge twist, the stomach vacuum, bicycle exercises, rolling prank exercises etc, from this select convenient one do it. Be regular in exercise.
