1.after removing plaster cast Physiotherapy is need to regain joint movement and muscle strength. 2.Otherwise joint become stiff and may get permanent stiffness. 3.All this above depend upon how many weeks immobilisation period. 4.But one must do physiotherapy it doesn't have side effect. 5. Finally orthopedic clerance is needed.
