Hello doctor, I'm a 21 year old men. I have a problem with the high fat accumulation in thighs and buttocks. I eat less and take less junk food. My body is slim and my legs below knees are also thin. But my thighs and buttocks are too big. They are causing a severe problems in my life and they are causing more sweat between my thighs and I'm getting frequently wounded there as the skin is too wet ,it's often peeled off as my inner wear rubs over the skin and cause wounds. Please suggest methods to reduce the fat and wounds quickly. I'm ready to follow any diet or medication or workouts.

Do lower body toning exercises. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
