Hi sir, my self Mukesh 26 year old ,I felt regular digestive problem like thin stool ,dakar ,pls tell me that how I can improve my digest system ,and which food is best in empty stomach at morning to eat.

Hi, Take tab Liv 52 DS 1tab twice a day before food and Pippalyasava 2tsf three times a day after diluting it with equal quantity of water. Food like oats, corn flakes or idlis can be taken in the morning on empty stomach.
