Is it okay to use Digemax as a digestive enzyme to put on body weight/mass or it will cause any side effects on my health. My whole day diet contains only fibre, carbohydrate, protein, fats which accomplish only Macro nutrients requirement of my body so please suggest me some micro nutrients foods or medicines with no side effect.

Take lukewarm limewater daily in morning as a best digestive juice do not take hap hazardly such medicines it may result in changes in balance of your digestive juices and other gi issues do not substitute the natural resealing juice of stomach try yogic exercises to reduce weight .weight increase or decrease does not matter unless your activited of daily routine are hampered.
