I have muscle stiffness in my back. My doctor gave me myoril 4 (thiocolchicoside). One capsule at night. My question is: Is this medicine taken immediately after food or with a gap of an hour or two? The only thing my doctor told me is to take it before bed. So I am confused. Please help.

Gastric emptying time (means time our body takes to empty the stomach) is around 2 hrs. So you can take tablet immediately after food till 1 hrs or so. Better is to take withing half an hour of taking your food. Hope this helps.
