You have to wait and see. The delay or absence of periods may imply either menstrual irregularity (may be due to pills or hormonal imbalance) or due to pregnancy. It's better to observe the pattern over the time and decide. In case of doubt about pregnancy, check urine pregnancy test. Maintain an ideal weight and eat healthy food and exercise every day. Mental relaxation is equally important to maintain regular menstrual periods. Check with your gynecologist (regular check up as a preventive health measure at least once a year ).
