Twice daily brushing with correct brushing technique and flossing take hard raw food like salads and fruits which strengthens your teeth soft sticky foods should be reduced in your diet as they stick to your teeth thereby allowing plaque to accumulate. If you want to have refined food please do proper brushing after meals and if at your workplace and can't brush then vigorous rinsing should be done thereby, not allowing any food particles to deposit on your teeth.
