There are many causes of pain and swelling of testicles like hydrocele, Varicocele, epididymitis and orchitis. It will be better to take treatment after correct diagnosis of underlying cause of your problem. Pain and swelling are indicative of some inflammatory process. You can start symptomatic Homeopathic Medicines like Apis Mel, Hamamelis and pulsatilla for relief in symptoms. Avoid pungent spicy food, Avoid tamarind and dry mango powder.
