Brush atlst twice daily,,at night brush with baking soda rinse ur mouth with lemon water,,rub lemon slice into ur teeth,,use whitening toothpaste,,use mouth wash having hydrogen peroxide but don't swallow it,,chew few leaves of basil,, apply strawberry paste,,this will help
