Its almost 3-4 years now, I feel severe burning sensation on my hands & feet. The problem increases during summer. What should I do? Is there any home remedy?

you need to eat your meals on time. 8 am breakfast, 2 pm Lunch, 8 pm Dinner and have wheatgrass powder one spoon mix in lukewarm water in morning at 7 am empty stomach. you will see changes very soon
