If you are under 25 years, kindly take painkillers or nsaids for the problem. It is usually self limiting. If it persists for more than 3-4 days, the impacted tooth must be surgically removed by a skilled oral surgeon.
Do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day, pain should subside. If it doesn’t help then see a dentist.
