Thanks for the replay. 1 hr exercise I do 5 days a week and mostly I take fruits. Chappatis mostly fiber foods. Can you suggest any better ways to reduce abdomen fat.

Take a fruits salad coconutwater cereals breakfast take a meals every two hr water intake 3lit/day no fried no maida no outside.

Take plenty of water every day take green salad twice a day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
